Qualifications for Serbia Ladies Open to begin on Saturday

On Saturday at 11 at Novak Tennis Centre, Serbia Ladies Open, the first WTA tournament in history to be organized in Serbia, will open with qualification matches.

Additionally, the draw for the main part of the tournament in single and double categories will be held on Saturday as well, which you can watch at the official Facebook page of Serbia Ladies Open 2021 –

A special invitation from the organizers (wild card) for participating in the qualifiers was given to Elena Milovanović, Draginja Vuković and Iva Šepa, and Dejana Radanović and Aleksandra Krunić will have direct placement in the qualifiers.

The guaranteed participants in the singles category are Yulia Putintseva (Kazakhstan), Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova (Russsia), Shuai Zhang (China), Nadia Podoroska (Argentina), Kristina Mladenovic (France), Laura Siegemund (Germany), Rebecca Peterson (Sweden), Paula Badosa (Spain), Danka Kovinic (Montenegro), Patricia Maria Tig (Romania), Alison Van Uytvanck (Belgium) and Leylah Fernandez (Canada).

Nina Stojanović is in the main draw, while the other Serbian players who received a special invitation for the main draw were Olga Danilović, Ivana Jorović and Lola Radivojević.
